1. Shipping and Delivery Options
Domestic Shipping:

Standard ( 5 - 8 ) Business Days $25.00 (USD) per item unless otherwise noted

Expedited ( 2 - 4 ) Business Days $35.00 (USD) per item unless otherwise noted

Express ( 1-3 ) Business Days Shipping rate determined by parcel weight, box dimensions, and location of final delivery.

Free Shipping: (6-14) Business Days. Carrier is of our choice. Insurance is additional cost

International Shipping:

International Standard (1 - 4) weeks: Rates are dependent on final destination (Does not include taxes and duties, the customer is responsible for paying any and all applicable taxes and duties to governing authorities)
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once item is handed to carrier, a valid tracking number will be provided.
3. Cancellations
After and order is submitted, processing begins and the order may not be cancelled after 2 hours. Express orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If there is any questions regarding cancellations, please contact us immediately.
4. Returns
Returns will be accepted for manufacturer's defects only for up to 14 days from the original purchase date, and of 24 hours after the date and time of delivery. You must obtain an RMA number for all returns.
Item must be returned unused, and in original condition AND in original packaging.
Packaging must be undamaged.
Reduced/Clearance/Last Act/Closeout items are ineligible for returns for any circumstance.
5. Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund. Shipping providers delays do not fall under seller's liability. For delayed orders due to shipper, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's statuses.
6. Damaged orders
Prestige Performance RC / Prestige Imports is not liable for lost or damaged items due to carrier negligence. Insurance is optional and may be added for cost up to $12.00 (usd). In the event that you have purchased the optional insurance, and incur damage during shipment, we will assist you with making a claim with the shipping provider.
7. Shipping Restrictions:
Orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes without prior approval from us.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method. Some batteries fall into this category.
8. Any item with a value of 300.00 USD will be sent with signature delivery. You will be responsible to ensure that you are available to receive the package. If for some reason you will not be available to receive your parcel, you do reserve the right to alternatively redirect the package to another location by contacting the delivery courier, providing them with your tracking information, and then providing additional delivery instructions and or requests. You may also choose to sign their delivery slip and request that the courier leave it in a potentially secure location at your place of residence.
Again, We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, and or damaged items. Please protect your purchase by insuring it no matter what the cost is.
