Returns and Refund Policy

We accept returns exclusively for products that exhibit manufacturing defect. To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following requirements:

 

- All returns must include all parts, such as batteries and manuals, in undamaged condition.

- The item must be returned in its packaging.

 

In the event that an item is damaged during delivery, please be aware that the responsibility rests solely with the customer or entity who made the purchase. Insurance is offered as an optional service; if you choose to purchase it covers the item from time of acceptance by courier all and through delivery. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you in filing a claim against the carrier.

 

Please note that return shipping costs for items deemed to have a manufacturing defect will be the responsibility of the customer. While can assist in providing a return tracking label, the associated cost must be covered by the customer. To initiate a return, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receipt or within 14 days of the original purchase, whichever occurs first.

Refund Processing 

Our refund typically takes 7-10 business days. After we receive and inspect the item, any refunds due will be processed.

 

All returned items must have a valid RMA number which can be obtained by contacting us by phone, email, or contact us form. Any and all Items returned without this number will be considered abandoned and ineligible for a refund and we will discard.

For refunds due to out-of-stock items, we will process them within 72 hours.

 

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or can be issued as store credit at your request. Please note that once the refund is initiated, the time it takes for your financial institution to credit your account may vary. Once this process has begun, it cannot be stopped.
